About Henri
Henri K Pribadi is the CEO and Founder of Ardeco, a general contracting company focused on architecture, interior, and fit-out projects for F&B and retail businesses. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Henri has led more than 238 projects since Ardeco was founded in 2010 — serving both SMEs and major brands such as Paris Baguette Café, Passion Jewelry, and Bacha Coffee.
Under his leadership, Ardeco became the first Indonesian contractor to complete the construction of Bacha Coffee in Plaza Indonesia in just 4 months, and successfully doubled the company’s revenue in 2023–2024.
Henri graduated in Architecture from Tarumanagara University (2002) and also served as President of BNI Amplify (2024–2025), leading the chapter to significant growth.
